Ingredients

  • 1 Sliced Tomato
  • 1 Sliced Onions
  • Sliced Paneer
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber
  • Green Chutney with Corainder and Mint leaves
  • 2 slices whole wheat Bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Spread chutney in the brown bread then put vegetable slices in to it. After that sprinkle some salt and pepper above it. then keep the other brownn bread above it.

Ingridients:

  • Water
  • 1 Green tea Bag
  • 1/4 th Lemon

Procedure:

Boil a cup of water and put a green tea bag in it .Add the juice of the lemon. Drink it while it is still hot.

Besan Cheela

Besan Cheela

Ingridients

1 Cup Gram Flour

1 Small chopped tomato

1 chopped onion

1 chopped green chillies

1/2 grated ginger

salt as per taste.

Procedure

Add 1cup besan and salt as needed,half teaspoon ajwain and 1/8th teaspoon turmeric to a mixing bowl . mix up all the ingridients

Then add finely choppped onions, tomato, green chillies, grated ginger .

Add corainder leavea and 3/4th Cup water.

Mix gently and  make a batter of thick but pouring consistency.

Add more water if needed i used little less than 1 cup. If the batter is too thick then the chilla will not cook properly .

Heat the tawa, put some oil on tawa, once the tawa is heated then put the batter in to tawa and spread it as much as possible, keep it  in medium flame. let one side cook completely then turn to other side. 

Then remove it from the tawa and serve it.

 

 

Apple Oats Smoothie

Ingridients:

1 Medium Size Apple

2 tblspn Oats Powder

2 Dates

1 tblsp Honey

1 Cup toned Milk/Almond Milk

Method

Peel of the skin of the apple.Chop the  apples put it in the blender.Add oats powder, dates, honey and Milk.

Blend all the ingridients together. Pour it in a cup and have it.

Brown Rice Kichidi

Ingridients

 1 Cup Brown Rice

1 Cup Moong Dal

2 Green Chilies

a small bunch of coriander leaves

Salt as per taste

Method

Soak Brown rice and moon dal for four to six hours. 

Then put moon dal, coriander leaves and chillies in the blender and blend it.

After that take a kadai put 1tsp ghee put jeera and rai, then put the moong dal paste fry it nicely then add the brown rice, salt and pour water 1 1/2 cup water and let it cook. Once it is cooked .

Serve it hot.

3. Fruits : Orange, Grapefruit, sweetlime and Avacado.

4. Dairy Products : can be taken.

5. Nuts: Almonds ,Cashews, peanuts and flaxseeds to be avoided as they may be thyroid inhibit.
